At IEP Allies, we bring over a decade of experience as a bilingual education specialist dedicated to helping families navigate the special education process with care, clarity, and collaboration.

I’m Nadya, the founder of IEP Allies. We believe that every student deserves a plan designed for their success, and every family deserves to feel confident and supported in both English and Spanish.

I’ve led countless IEP meetings, supported students across a variety of learning environments, and partnered with families, schools, and community programs to ensure students receive the services and accommodations they need to thrive.

Through IEP Allies, I offer personalized support, including:
